* DNA cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear of our products. Normal wear and tear includes: running of colors from sweating or washing, embellishment loss, snags in fabrics and fading of colors and metallic finishes.
*Pilling may occur on sublimated fabrics when it comes into contact with any rough surface. Examples are mats, grips, floor mats, etc. Unfortunately this is an issue we cannot avoid due to the nature of the fabric. DNA will not be responsible for replacing or repairing your garment if pilling occurs.
You have 14 calendar days to exchange any in stock item that you are not completely satisfied with. All custom orders are final sale. All sale items are final sale.
Your return/ exchange must be approved BEFORE the item is shipped back to DNA Performance Wear. Send an email to email@example.com to have your return/ exchange approved. Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Items must be in their original packaging with tags. Leotards must be unused with scrunchie and tags still intact. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected and we will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange and begin the process of sending out a new item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. If a new item cannot be picked out at that time, the customer has the option to take an in-store credit and/or gift card.
DNA will cover all costs associated with a manufacturers defect including repairs and shipping up to 14 calendar days from date of receiving the item. Items must be returned for repair clean and washed. If items are returned dirty, the customer will be charged a cleaning fee of $30 in order for our staff to be able to make repairs on a sanitary item.
DNA does not offer refunds but instead offers in store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used online and in store.
DNA Performance Wear can offer price adjustments on all regular priced items if purchased within 14 calendar days of a permanent price change. The customer is responsible for contacting DNA Performance Wear via email with their proof of purchase receipt for the adjustment to apply. Price adjustments cannot be made for items that were purchased on sale. Price adjustments do not apply to temporary sale items.
The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs that may arise for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DNA can do repairs on our apparel if approved, although the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repairs as well as shipping if applicable.
