Exchange Policy


DNA Performance Wear offers exchanges for in-store credit. You have 14 calendar days to exchange any in stock item that you are not completely satisfied with.

 FINAL SALE items include all made to order garments, personalized garments, holiday garments and

clearance items.


Your exchange must be approved BEFORE the item is shipped back to DNA Performance Wear. Send an email to to have your exchange approved. Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Items must be in their original packaging with scrunchie and tags attached..


Once the item is received by DNA Performance Wear, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. 


DNA will cover all costs associated with a manufacturers defect including repairs and shipping up to 14 calendar days from date of receiving the item. In order to claim a manufacturers defect the item must be unworn with tags still attached. An email must be sent to to claim a manufacturers defect. 


DNA Performance Wear can offer price adjustments on all regular priced items if purchased within 14 calendar days of a permanent price change. The customer is responsible for contacting DNA Performance Wear via email with their proof of purchase receipt for the adjustment to apply. Price adjustments cannot be made for items that were purchased on sale. Price adjustments do not apply to temporary sale items or on orders participating in an eFundraiser.


All repair requests are upon approval. If approved, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. An email including photos of the area needing repair must be sent to to be approved. Once approved, items must be shipped back for repair clean and washed. If items are returned dirty, the customer will be charged a cleaning fee of $30 in order for our staff to be able to make repairs on a sanitary item.
